I'm not the type of therapist who just nods and takes notes. I’m the kind who holds space for the messy, the complicated, and the beautiful parts of your story. I believe in honest conversations, deep reflection, and laughter when you least expect it.

My clients often tell me they feel safe, understood, and challenged in all the right ways. That’s because I don’t believe healing comes from perfection. It comes from showing up as you are and doing the work with someone who gets it.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 10 years of experience, I specialize in helping individuals navigate anxiety, depression, work stress, relational hardships, life transitions, and the trauma that lives in the background of their life story. I take a holistic, non-medication-based approach, blending practical tools with a grounded presence and intuitive care.

I believe therapy isn’t just about fixing problems. It’s about reclaiming your voice, your boundaries, your joy.
